The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929 and will commence at 7:30 p.m.  


BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:

75 Western Ave.-- Map 134- Lot 54, Peter Aiello

Review of an expansion of a non-conforming deck on the side of the property located at 75 Western Ave. The plan may require a 6-4.2 finding by the Planning Board.
