The applicant seeks permission to remove a failing gabion/rock revetment and replace it with 305+/- linear feet of new rock revetment, 56+/- linear feet of hybrid gabion basket-fiber roll shore protection, 140 +/- linear feet of fiber roll shore protection, 46.8 +/- cubic yards of annual sand nourishment and native plantings on the top of a coastal bank on Tisbury Great Pond. 6:00PM/Map 39 Lot 13/SE 79-356 : public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Pil. The project is located within the Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and within an area of Estimated Habitat. 6:45 PM/ Map 14 Lot 7/SE 79- 355: public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Michael V. and Margaret S. Patterson (Lessee) for property located at 9 School House Lane (Site No 14B) owned by Seven Gates Farm Corporation.
