TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –September 15, 2021

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:30 p.m.

Note:   In person attendance restriction has been lifted and Town Hall is open to the public as of June 1, 2021.                  

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:

The Building Inspector requested two building permit applications to be included on the agenda.
•	109 Belcher Street, John & Mary Hickey. Map 115-004-1
     Foundation only for a six bedroom duplex.
•	210 Southern Avenue, Martin & Cheryl Nally.  Map 209-001
      Construction of a new three bedroom residence.



BOARD DISCUSSION:

1 Laurel Lane--Laurel Lane LLC,   Map209-029
Application has been approved by the Building Inspector.

Application for Endorsement of Site Plan Review. 
Application for the siting of two aboveground LP storage tanks and a 30,000 gallon water tank for fire suppression.
