Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn, Inc. on behalf of Ross Engelman, for property owned by Beach Pebble Realty Trust located at 30 Beach Pebble Road, to construct an addition to an existing single-family dwelling. The addition would alter 1,450 feet of the outer buffer zone to a coastal bank. 5:40 PM Map 32 Lot 89/SE 79-351: continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn for a project to remove and treat a stand of Common Reed (Phragmites australis) in the so-called Maley’s pond located at 40 Sweet William Way. The property is owned by 40 Sweet William Way LLC. 6:10 PM: Map 3 Lot 15/SE 79-350: continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Thomas Rockwood on behalf of Elizabeth Rockwell, Trustee of the Rockwood/Vineyard/Nominee Trust for property located at 78 Bartimus Luce Road Assessors Map 3 Lot 15.
