NOTE: Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Athol Board of Planning and Community Development will be conducted via remote participation. Request for Major Site Plan Review Approval Decision Extension by Sunpin Energy Services, LLC for a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation, for property located off of Conant Road (Map 55 Parcel 33). Approval was granted on June 5, 2019, which is valid for two years unless extension requested by Applicant and granted by BPCD based on good cause determination.

VI.	7:15pm, discussion on potential for zoning bylaw amendments to allow marijuana cultivation and other related-uses in the Residential-C Zoning District, request for discussion from Joseph Shelzi, Wellman Farm

VII.	Update of process for the development of Downtown Zoning-related Zoning Bylaw Amendments and reminder of the Downtown Site Walk scheduled for Tuesday, May 18th @6:00pm 

VIII.	Update on the Lord Pond Plaza MVP Feasibility Study Project

IX.	Discussion on updates/amendments on the accessory agriculture zoning provisions (Section 3.23) and the Animal Inspector position 

X.	Discussion of continuing to hold BPCD meetings via Zoom or to return to in-person meetings at the Town Hall

XI.	Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, June 2, 2021) discussed: potential new permit applications public hearings and other topics planned for discussion.
