Town of Essex Planning Board Agenda – July 20, 2016

The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Fire Station Meeting Room, 24 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929 and will commence at 7:30 p.m.  

Building Inspector’s Report   

Board Review – The Conditions of the Approval for the Decision of the Definitive Subdivision Plan Application for the division of land with existing structures located on Robbins Island Road for land owned by the Town of Essex located in the Central Conomo Point Zoning District. If Conditions have been satisfactorily met the Board may vote and sign plan to be recorded. 

Board Discussion – Lowland Farm Subdivision; update from the Chair. 

Board Discussion - Committee Updates from the Board Members who volunteer to serve on the Boards or Committees  

Board Discussion - Potential future projects and warrant articles. 

Regular Business – Meeting Minutes
