Frank Lallos on behalf of M JEMMS ATHOL 1, LLC is seeking a Special Permit for the conversion of an existing four-unit multi-family dwelling to a six-unit multi-family dwelling in the RA Zoning District. The appeal is taken under Article II, Section 2.3, Use Regulation Schedule of the Athol Zoning Bylaws.

7:15 p.m. – Public hearing on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, in Memorial Hall at the Athol Town Hall, 584 Main Street, Athol, MA on the appeal of Debra B. Ellis, 1390 Chestnut Hill Avenue, Athol, MA  01331, for the property located at 1390 Chestnut Hill Avenue, Athol, MA  01331 Map 7 Lot 10.
Debra B. Ellis is seeking a Special Permit for two-family home in the Residential C Zoning District.  The appeal is taken under Article II, Section 2.3 Use Regulation Schedule of the Athol Zoning Bylaws.
