b.	Ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation zoning bylaw amendments discussion, including continued discussion on the “Design Standards” provisions.
c. Request by Ed Berry for Board signatures of revised Mylar plans for the Benwoods Phase 2 Definitive Plan, Open Space Residential Design (OSRD) Special Permit and Flag Lot Special Permit, for property located at Jeannie Drive and off of Petersham Road (Map 45 Parcels 1 and 129), granted June 12, 2019 and 20-day appeal period expired July 3, 2019. Revised Mylar plans reflect road name change to Benwoods Drive as approved by the BPCD on December 4, 2019.

IV.	Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting (February 5, 2020) discussed: potential new permit applications public hearings and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation zoning bylaw amendments discussion; scheduling of any special meetings as required.
