The Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation Board of Directors will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A Section 21 to discuss trade secrets or confidential, competitively-sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a cooperative consisting of governmental entities organized pursuant to MGL Chapter 164 Section 136 when such cooperative determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities distributing, making or selling electricity.
The Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation will re-convene in Open Session following Executive Session only for the purpose of Adjournment. |
