Lyman, re: Benwoods OSRD Definitive Plan and Special Permit to provide $42,000 performance guarantee for remaining infrastructure items to be completed, approval of Covenant Agreement for the Definitive Plan and approval for six Lots (Lot #20 - Lot #25) to be released from the Covenant Agreement.
