TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –October 06, 2021

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd*
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:30 p.m.

*Note: The location of this meeting has been changed to the 3rd floor meeting area.

  In person attendance restriction has been lifted and Town Hall is open to the public as of June 1, 2021.  
             Effective 9/14/2021 masks are again required in Town of Essex Municipal Facilities.                

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:


PUBLIC HEARING:
Continuation of a Public Hearing from 9/1/2021 on an application filed by Tower North Development, LLC for the construction of a 150’ free standing Monopole Tower and fencing. The property location is 65 and 73 Eastern Avenue. Assessor’s Map 121 lots 22 and 23.


BOARD DISCUSSION:
•	MAPC grant update and coordination.
•	Discussion regarding potential remote meeting access.
