         L..    Executive Session – MGL 30A Section 21 (a)- # 3: to discuss with respect collective bargaining or litigation, if an open meeting may have detrimental effect on the government’s bargaining or litigation position, and the Chair so declares. - Police Union & Dispatch Union 

                  #2 : to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel and to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel. - Interim Fire Chief & Interim DPW superintendent
