TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –September 7, 2022

          The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall, 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:
•	159 Conomo Point Road,  Map 108-039
        Building Permit # 22-35
 Demolition of existing structure. New accessory building with deck/porch.


BOARD REVIEW OF MEETING MINUTES:  
•	Minutes of August 17, 2022


BOARD DISCUSSION:
•	30 Apple Street,   Map 142-008
Jeff Novack (Novack Properties LLC) requested an informal meeting with the Planning Board to discuss a project at 30 Apple Street. He is looking to develop nine lots and a new road.



BOARD MEMBERS COMMITTEE UPDATES:
•	Community Preservation Committee – Kim Drake.
•	Strategic Planning Committee Update 
•	Economic Development Committee  
•	Housing Coalition - Shelly Bradbury   

     
NOTICE:
•	The Planning Board will meet jointly with the Selectmen on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. on the third floor of Town Hall to consider nominations for and to vote on appointing a successor to Westley Burnham, who resigned from the Planning Board effective August 18, 2022, all in accordance with Section 11 of Chapter 41 of the General Laws.
