a) FY 2021 CDBG Projects: Walnut (Phase 2) and Canal Street (north of Main St.) Infrastructure Project and Exchange & Island Streets Paving Project  

b) FY 2022-23 CDBG Project: Phase 1 of the Canal (south of Main St.) and South Street Neighborhood Improvement Plan: Canal Street from Main Street to South Street and Lumber Street from Freedom Street to Canal Street; Grant was awarded on July 28, 2023 

c) FY 2023-24 CDBG Project Application:  Phase 2 in the Canal and South Street Neighborhood: Freedom Street (Main to South Street) and South Street (west of Exchange to Jones Street); Grant application was submitted on March 25, 2024
