TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –May 18, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM

BOARD REVIEW OF MEETING MINUTES:  
•	Minutes of May 4, 2022



BOARD DISCUSSION:
•	Discussion of scope of work for planning grant application.
•	Letter to Office of Housing and Economic Development. (Grant application) signed by Board Members.
•	Annual Sign-Off regarding Town Policies.
•	Nomination of candidates for Board of Public Works seat, presently held by John Filias. (Due by June 6)



BOARD MEMBERS COMMITTEE UPDATES:
•	Community Preservation Committee – Kim Drake.
•	Strategic Planning Committee Update -- Westley Burnham.
•	Economic Development Committee – Westley Burnham
•	Housing Coalition - Shelly Bradbury
