PUBLIC HEARING:   7:15 PM
•	49 Story Street, Jonathan Andrews, Map 134-040
The Planning Board will open a hearing on the application by Jonathan Andrews, 49 Story Street. Requesting permission to remove and replace a portion of a stone wall for temporary construction access into a property on a scenic road as established by MGL. 40 SECTION 15C. Scenic Roads.


BOARD MEMBER DISCUSSION:
•	Shelly Bradbury to present:  Review of proposed PWSF bylaw and discussion of comments.
•	11 Choate Street: Review of Notice of Decision in relation to a public hearing on October 19, 2022. 
Removal of a portion of a stone wall. 
•	Simone Early to present:  Recommendations the BOS and Planning Board on the Apple Street Resiliency Project.

NOTICE:
•	The Planning Board will meet jointly with the Selectmen on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the 3rd Floor Auditorium of the Town Hall to consider nominations for and to vote with the remaining members of the Planning Board on appointing a successor to Skip Crocker and to Kim Drake, who are both resigning from the Planning Board effective December 8, 2022 all in accordance with Section 11 of Chapter 41 of the General Laws.
