TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – December 21, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall,
2ndFloor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM


BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT:

•	12 Robbins Island Road – Replacement of accessory structure

•	22 Lufkin Point Lane – Addition to existing deck


•	73 Eastern Avenue, Map 127, Lot 22 – Site Plan Review (preliminary) for proposed project for the construction of a 30-foot by 160-foot single story metal framed storage building, per submitted site plan

BOARD REVIEW:

•	35 Conomo Point Road, Map 123, Lot 5 – ANR (Approval Not Required) - Review of site plan for 6.11-acre lot to be divided into two lots 

BOARD DISCUSSION:

•	64 Spring Street – Partial release of bond reimbursement based on Engineer’s recommendations

•	MAPC – Zoning Bylaw Update – Phase 2 – discussion of start-up, schedule, bylaw outline, 3A Compliance, Community engagement

•	Essex Planning Board project priorities - review of prior lists, member priority discussion

•	Future Board Meetings – In-person and/or remote access for board members and/or public
