3. NOI 304-0389 continued - 381 Baldwinville Rd, Town of Templeton, Highway Building submitted by GRAZ Engineering on behalf of William Matusewicz for the installation of 1,437 feet of force main sewer line through two wetland crossings which is set to impact Inland Resource Areas and BVW.
4. NOI - 379 Barre Road for a single family home on top of an already existing foundation and construction of a detached garage within the 100’ buffer zone of a Wetland. (file # pending)
5. NOI - 200 Club Road, Templeton Fish and Game Club for maintenance activities and minor repairs to existing structures, selective cutting of invasives and stump grinding to below ground level within the 100-foot buffer zone of a Wetland, known as Partridgeville Pond. (file # pending)
