·	MAPC Bylaw Project — 7:15pm - Remote presentation by the MAPC as an introduction to Form-Based Code (FBC).

·	MAPC Bylaw Project -- Update from members on discussions with MAPC. Preliminary discussion on articles for Fall Town Meeting.

·	Apple St Roadway Project— Hearing tentatively scheduled for Wed. June 21, 2023. Review of response from Town Counsel.

·	Future Board Meetings — Meeting Access

·	Regulations for independent peer review — Review preliminary draft, Board member comment and input.  Vote if draft is ready.

The Planning Board will hold a work session for members with the MAPC on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 (no regular Board business will be scheduled) at 7 PM in the Auditorium on the 3rd floor of Town Hall, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA.
The next regular meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board will be held at 7pm on June 7, 2023 at the Essex Town Hall 2ND Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA.
