Please note that while an option for remote attendance is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or its quality, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person versus virtual attendance accordingly.
This is portion of the December 6, 2023 Planning Board meeting is set aside for a public forum with the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (MAPC). Regular Board business will not be considered in the hours posted for this portion of the meeting (7:00PM – 8:30PM). The forum is joint with the Board of Selectmen, and MAPC representatives will be in attendance as the Town’s consultant for the zoning bylaw update project and will lead the meeting discussions.
