Pledge of Allegiance
1. Review of Minutes from last meeting 5/15/23.
2. COC Request - 307 Otter River Road (304-0361).
3. NOI -  91 Walnut Street 6-04-95 for improvements to Graves Pond Dam set to impact inland resource areas within a Bank and Riverfront Area. (file # TDB)
4. NOI - Crotty Ave 1-3.1-31 Pump Station for demo of existing pump station and construction of upgraded pump station within 100 ft BZ of BVW and 200 ft of Riverfront Area. 304-0382
5. RDA - Maple Street Neighborhood Water Main Project for water main replacement and roadway improvements within the limits of BLSF, the 200-foot Riverfront area and the 100-foot BZ of wetland. 
6. Updated Plans submitted for RDA at 100 Stone Bridge Rd (no further impact to BZ). 
7. Agent updates: Shore Dr. dumpster, MACC dues, Wetlands Protection Acct. balance
8. Reorganize the Commission: Chair, CPC seat, open seats discussion.
