d.	Action Request 3 letter to Governor’s office on Main Street Bridge (3 million request) to discuss action of use of town dollars, ARPA Funds, debt exclusion. 
e.	Action Request recommendation that Board of Assessor be invited to January 2023 meeting to discuss of their budget accounts
f.	Action Free Cash Breakdown monthly report posted to AC Town website (having a more detailed report monthly)

a.	Recommendation that PILOT paid by commonwealth be allocated tom full each fiscal year to Department of Public Safety for capital needs 
b.	Request for third letter tom the Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeking total Revenue paid by Templeton and total payments made to the Town of Templeton and those copies of this request be sent to the Governor Haley, House Speaker Mariano Senate Speaker Spilka State Rep Zlotnik and State Senator Durant.
c.	Recommendation Templeton Municipal Light and Water and Select Board jointly meet to discuss Billing for water and electric and possible PILOT payments/ policy.
d.	Recommendation that the Advisory Committee write the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities to determine total income total expenses net income and amount of municipal PILOT payments or every town light plant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the past three fiscal years.
e.	Recommendation to Select Board concerning the replacement of tricks and equipment in all departments.
f.	Recommendation for legislation for FY 25 to be sent to the Select Board with recommendation that copies also to be sent to State Rep Zlotnik, State Senator Durant, House Speaker Mariano, Senate Speaker Spilka, State Auditor Dizoglio, and Governor Healy and the Massachusetts Municipal association.
g.	Discussion regarding Worcester County Retirement Board in particulate moving of last catch-up payment from 2036 to 2040.
h.	Discussion on current Policies of the Advisory Committee:
•	End of year Transfer Policy,
•	Elements of Complete Review in Preparation for Town Meeting Policy,
•	Templeton Advisory Committee orientation on training for new Members
•	General stabilization Policy
