The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall,
2ndFloor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM

BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT:

BOARD REVIEW:
• 7:15 – PUBLIC HEARING 174 Western Avenue, Hearing for Application for Special Permit for property in the Water Protection Overlay District with lot coverage exceeding 2500 SF and/or 15% of the property.

• Forest Avenue (end of) – Review of ANR application for undeveloped lot listed as Map 150, Lot 11

BOARD DISCUSSION:
• 64 Spring Street – Partial release of bond reimbursement based on Engineer’s recommendations

• MAPC – Zoning Bylaw Update – Phase 2 – discussion as necessary based on 01/17/23 coordination call with MAPC & other Town representatives

• Essex Planning Board project priorities – discussion as necessary in advance of 01/25/2023 meeting with the MAPC representatives

• Future Board Meetings – Discussion of host meeting platform and remote access to the public
