   b. ARPA funds FY24 – FY25 (Vote expected)
C. Downtown Master Plan (Vote to accept and place on file) 
D. Wayfinding & Branding Study Guide (Vote to accept and place on file)
E. Master Plan Update Final Draft (Comment period ends 8/2/24)  
F. Town Board/Committee Appointment (Vote expected)
a. Economic Development Committee - Michelle Whipple Duclos
G. Discussion regarding outstanding  topics for new Town Counsel
H. Approval of Minutes:  July 8, 2024 (Vote expected)
I. Reminders:  
   a. Next Regularly Scheduled Select Board Meeting will be August 5, 2024 at 6:30pm
   b. The success of any local government depends largely on the participation of its citizen volunteers. Committee vacancies, a volunteer application, and handbook are available on the Town website under the Employment/Volunteer tab.
