| Agenda: | Essex Affordable Housing Trust Thursday, October 26, 2023 - 7:00 p.m. Second-Floor Conference Room, Town Hall, 30 Martin Street AGENDA • Approval of minutes from AHT meeting of July 27, 2023 and any other past meeting minutes not already approved. • Discuss proposal before the Community Preservation Committee to move another $100,000 into the Affordable Housing Trust via the Fall Town Meeting in November. • Possible grant for baseline housing demographics and related data. o Assistance from the Massachusetts Housing Partnership – Affordable Housing Trust Intensive Technical Assistance Program (Town applied in late-September). o Study could lay groundwork for or complete a Housing Production Plan. • Emphasis of Zoning Bylaw Review Project as Related to Affordable Housing o Update from Planning Board Member Bradbury on any Planning Board ADU or Inclusionary Zoning bylaw discussions since the last AHT meeting. o ADU use limitations concerning owner occupancy of the main unit or ADU or family occupancy of the ADU and/or long-term rental versus allowing for short-term rental. • Items that were not apparent to the Chair at least 48 hours prior to the meeting posting deadline. |
