TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –March 16, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:
67 Main Street, Map -128-161, Stacy & Paul Clarimundo

An application to replace an existing 3rd story deck on rear of building. Remove current deck and footings and replace with new.


BOARD DISCUSSION:
•	In person vs remote meeting
•	Review of MBTA Community Multifamily Zoning Requirements.  (Section3A of M.G.L. ch. 40A)
•	7:30 PM   MAPC
Remote continued discussion of Essex Zoning Bylaw Project with members of MAPC
•	REMINDER;
At the meeting of April 6th we will hold a Public Hearing on the application of Ryan McShera for 6 Main Street.
