TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –May 4, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:
 47 Choate St. Paul Crestin,  Map 105, Lot 012

Application and plans for the siting of a new house at 47 Choate St.

8 Town Farm Road, Robert T. Oosterman,  Map 110, Lot 113 

Application and plans for endorsement of ANR plan. To take part of Map 110, Lot 113  (parcel A) and add it to Map 110 Lot 9. Parcel A is not to be considered a separate building lot but is to be held in common ownership with Map 110 Lot 9. Applicant owns both properties.
