TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – January 4, 2023

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall,
2ndFloor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM


BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT:

•	73 Eastern Avenue, Map 127, Lot 22 – Site Plan Review for proposed project for the construction of a 30-foot by 160-foot single story metal framed storage building, per submitted site plan (pending completion of permitting process)

•	12 Robbins Island Road – Replacement of accessory structure (further discussion as necessary)

BOARD REVIEW:

•	174 Western Avenue – Preliminary discussion relative to Special Permit Public Hearing on January 18, 2023 at 7:15

BOARD DISCUSSION:

•	64 Spring Street – Partial release of bond reimbursement based on Engineer’s recommendations

•	MAPC – Zoning Bylaw Update – Phase 2 – discussion as necessary

•	Essex Planning Board project priorities - member priority discussion, finalize list of priorities to deliver to MAPC

•	Annual Report – Discussion of topics, issues, etc. to include

•	Future Board Meetings – Discussion of host meeting platform and remote access to the public

•	Board Reorganization – Accept nominations for Chairman and Vice Chairman and hold votes for both positions.  Consider Board representation on committees listed below.
