TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA — FEBRUARY 1, 2023

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall, 
2nd Floor Conference Room, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM


BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT:

•12 Robbins Island Road – The Board will review the redesigned drawings for an accessory building to replace an existing structure.

•174 Western Ave -- 

BOARD REVIEW:

·7:15 – PUBLIC HEARING Continued -- 174 Western Avenue, Continued hearing for Application for Special Permit for property in the Water Protection Overlay District with lot coverage exceeding 2500 SF and/or 15% of the property.

BOARD DISCUSSION:

·64 Spring Street – Follow up discussion on the partial release of bond reimbursement.

·MAPC -- Project discussion and review of kick-off meeting.

·Future Board Meetings -- Potential platforms, schedule, and location. 

·Apple St -- Discussion of Town's Engineer's responses to the Board’s statement.
