A. Citizen Comments- (3 minutes each -total time limited to 15 minutes)  

B. Town Administrator Update 

a. Tree removal around town hall – (vote expected)	 

C. Discussion with Weston & Sampson Representatives re: the Rte. 101S Rehab Project (TIP) 

D. Conservation Commission: Authorization to apply for the USDA-ALE and LAND grants. (vote expected) 

E. Proposed Zoning Amendment requested by Bylaw Review Committee. (vote expected) 

F. VZAC Safe Routes for All Committee Representative 

G. Caucus Nominees and Candidates for Town Election 

H. Approval of Minutes: 02/05/24, 02/20/24, 02/21/24 

I. Reminders: 	 

a. Next Regularly Scheduled Select Board Meeting will be March 18, 2024, at 6:30 pm 

b. Presidential Primary, March 5, 2024, between 7 am and 8 pm at JR Briggs Gymnasium. 

c. Town Meeting Warrant Closes March 15, 2024, at the Town Hall Auditorium.  

d. Tri-Board Meeting (Select Board, Advisory Board, and Capital Planning) including March 20, 2024, at 5 PM in the Town Hall Auditorium. State Senator Jo Comerford will be there for the first 45 minutes of the meeting to discuss topics submitted by Board members. Additional questions from the public if time allows. 

e. 1st Whitney Pond Dam Removal Public Meeting. March 21, 2024, at 1 pm. Town Hall Auditorium. 

f. 1st Downtown Improvement Master Plan/Wayfinding Public Meeting, March 26, 2024, at 7 pm. Town Hall Auditorium. 

g. The success of any local government depends largely on the participation of its citizen volunteers. Committee vacancies, a volunteer application, and a handbook are available on the Town website under the Employment/Volunteer tab.
