·	MAPC — Review of town meeting articles and next steps. Update on Zoning Ambassador meeting on 4/26. Update from members on discussions with MAPC, topics for 5/17 & 5/24 meetings with MAPC. 

·	Apple St Roadway Project— Hearing to be scheduled for Wed. June 7, 2023.

·	Future Board Meetings — Meeting Access

·	Regulations for independent peer review — Review preliminary draft, Board member comment and input.

The next regular meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board will be held at 7pm on May 17, 2023 at the Essex Town Hall 2ND Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929.

The Planning Board will hold a work session for members with the MAPC on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 (no regular Board business will be scheduled.)
