1.Opening with approval of April minutes and introductions
2.  3: 10 p.m. --Discussion with Ian Spencer (Mahar Facilities Manager who is also working with new Fisher Hill School) about Facilities Management and Maintenance (e.g., Town Hall, etc)
3. 4:00 p.m. -- Bruce Scherer (School Building Committee - Chair) - Discussion of possible PV at new school and battery storage (possible funding from Green Communities Competitive Grant Proposal due May 5th).  Discussion and question of support from Energy Committee

5.Other -- Possible items for discussion before Bruce arrives from another meeting
 a)Pollinators -- planting flowers at Pocket Park, etc.
  b) Possible help with PV at Highway Barn -- Letter from Bill Ashley
  c)Reminder on Zoom meeting with UMass students about Town Hall Report on 5/16
