TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –October 19, 2022

          The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall, 2nd
				Floor Stage, and will commence at 7:00 PM 

PUBLIC HEARING: 7:15 PM
•	11 Choate Street, Michele Meyer, Map 105-018
The Planning Board will open a hearing on the application by Michele Meyer, 11 Choate Street requesting permission to alter a stone wall on a scenic way as established by MGL. 40 SECTION 15C. Scenic Roads. 



BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:
•	184 Western Ave, Julian Balili, Map 143-037

At the Planning Board meeting of September 21, an application for construction at 184 Western Ave. was presented to the board for review. After reviewing the plans, the board agreed that they would like to see a more accurate site plan by a surveyor and a plot plan marked off. The Building Inspector will be bringing a copy of the site plan to the meeting.
