The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall, 2nd Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT: • 56 Eastern Ave. Alexander Ganey, Map 136-036 Building Permit # 22-3 Application to add a garage off the back of an existing structure and add a two bedroom apartment above the garage. The project also includes renovations and repairs to the existing structure.

184 Western Avenue, Map 143-37 Julian Balili
 Application for the addition of a garage on the back of an existing house and add a kitchen and bathroom above. Also an extension of the living room on the side of the house
