ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL/EXEMPTION:
24-058 Three Fins Coffee/c/o Ronald Reddick – Ratification of Certificate of Administrative Approval to replace the existing roof on the structure located at 251 Crowell Road.

24-056 Colonial Building LLC/c/o ConServ Group, Inc. – Ratification of Certificate of Administrative Approval to replace existing siding and clapboard on the remaining sections of the building.
