TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –August 17, 2022

          The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall, 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM

BOARD REVIEW OF MEETING MINUTES:  
•	Minutes of August 3, 2022
•	Minutes of April 27, 2022


BOARD DISCUSSION:
Discussion of the resignation of the Planning Board Chair.
•	Effective August 18, 2022 Westley Burnham will be resigning his position as Chair and member of the Essex Planning Board. He has accepted the position of Department of Public Works Commissioner. Acceptance of this position requires his resignation of all other positions with the town. This includes Strategic Planning Committee and Economic Development Committee.
•	Discussion of interim replacement




BOARD MEMBERS COMMITTEE UPDATES:
•	Community Preservation Committee – Kim Drake.
•	Strategic Planning Committee Update -- Westley Burnham.
•	Economic Development Committee – Westley Burnham
•	Housing Coalition - Shelly Bradbury
