C.  Sign & Facade Review Committee Appointments- Sarah Culgin, Jennifer Gibbons, Paul Silva, 	Christina Sargent, Rebecca Cinclair, Deb Gardner (alt)- (vote expected) 		 

D.  Approval of DLTA grant submission requested by Bylaw Review- (vote expected)  

E.  Recreation Committee Playground and Business Plan Update. 

F.  Winchester Park Parking and Safety Issues (vote expected) 

G.  Select Board 2023 Annual Town Report due 2/22/23 (vote expected) 

H.  Approval of Minutes:  12/5/23, 1/31/24, 2/5/24 & 2/7/24 

I.  Reminders 	 

a. Next Regularly Scheduled Select Board Meeting will be March 4, 2024, at 6:30 pm  
b. Select Board Working Session- February 21, 2024, at 5:30 Pm. Lower Meeting Room Town Hall.  First Review of Draft FY25 Budget. 
c. Town Caucus- Monday February 26, 2024, at 7 pm- Stevens Memorial Library 
d. The success of any local government depends largely on the participation of its citizen volunteers. Committee vacancies, a volunteer application, and a handbook are available on the Town website under the Employment/Volunteer tab.
