A. Discussion with Chris Stoddard on potential Open Space Residential Design (OSRD) subdivision of land off of Pleasant Street and Spring Street (Parcel #034-106, land owned by Godin Family Trust, Debra G. Bergeron, Trustee) 

B. Discussion of potential zoning bylaw amendment for a cap on the maximum size of any single Battery Energy Storage System project. 

VI. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, June 5, 2024) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications, the June 2023 Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw Amendments Warrant Articles, and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
