2. NOI - 66 Baptist Common Road for the construction of a single-family home and associated grading within the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland (MassDEP file # 304-0380). 
3. NOI - Lord Road Map 5-08 Parcel 29.1 for the construction of a single-family home within the 200’ riverfront area and grading within the 100’ buffer zone of wetlands bordering the perennial stream.
