C. TA Updates: 

a. COVID Update 

b. Certified Free Cash 

D. Approval of Minutes- November 7, 2022 and November 21, 2022 

E. Appointments Celebrate Ashburnham Committee 

F. Reminders:

a. Next Regularly Scheduled Select Board Meeting will be Monday, December 19, 2022, 6:30 pm   

b. The success of any local government depends largely on the participation of its citizen volunteers. Committee vacancies, a volunteer application and handbook are available on the Town website under the Employment/Volunteer tab.
