BOARD REVIEW:

·	42 & 46 Wood Drive – ANR

·	19 & 21 Lakeview, map 145, lots 004 & 005 – Revised ANR (originally reviewed on November 15, 2022)

BOARD DISCUSSION:

·	174 Western Ave – Review of preliminary decision for special permit.

·	64 Spring Street – Follow up discussion on the partial release of bond reimbursement.

·	MAPC -- Project discussion and update from steering committee meeting
▪	7:30 appointment with Dana Menon, Town Planner

·	Future Board Meetings -- Potential platforms, schedule, and location. 

·	Regulations for independent peer review
