A. Citizen Comments- (3 minutes each -total time limited to 15 minutes) 
B. Town Administrator Update
a. Dam and Seawall Grant Application - Lake Watatic Dam (Vote Expected)
b. CRMA and Culvert Replacement Training Site Program - East Rindge Rd 	Training Site Grant Application (Vote Expected) 
c.   Municipal Digital Equity Implementation Program Grant – (Vote expected) 
C. Request from Lion’s Club to hold annual “Boot Drive” on May 18th from 9AM – 1PM (Requested Rain date 6/1/24) 
D. State of the Town PPT Discussion- Select Board slides
E.Available Surveys on the Town Website- Digital Equity Planning; Wayfinding Signs Project; Safety Action Plan; Groundwater Flooding Survey (Do you get water in your basement?)
F.    Town Master Plan Comment Period Ends- April 10, 2024.
F. 	Approval of Minutes:  3/18/24, 3/25/24, and 3/26/24
G. Reminders:  
a. Next Regularly Scheduled Select Board Meeting will be April 16, 2024, at 6:30 pm
b. Planning Board Public Hearing- Proposed Zoning Map Changes, Bylaw Changes, and Discontinued Road.  April 4, 2024, at 6:30 PM in Town Hall. 
c. 2nd Whitney Pond Dam Removal Public Information Meeting, April 11th at 7 pm. Town Hall (Auditorium).
d. The success of any local government depends largely on the participation of its citizen volunteers. Committee vacancies, a volunteer application, and a handbook are available on the Town website under the Employment/Volunteer tab. 
 
H. Executive Session  
MGL 30A – to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, if an opening meeting may have a detrimental effect on the government’s bargaining or litigation position, and the chair so declares, - Fire Union.
