In accordance with G.L. c. 39 §§ 23A-23C and 24, the Massachusetts Open meeting Law, the
Worcester Regional Transit Authority has scheduled an Advisory Board Audit and Finance
Committee meeting for April 4, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. to be held via conference call due to the
Governor’s extending Pandemic-Era policies which include extending remote public meetings.

Agenda:  Review and Discuss FY’25 Budget, Prepare a recommendation for the WRTA Advisory Board for
the April 2024 full board meeting. Business from Advisory Board Audit and Finance Committee Members
Action Item: vote to recommend the FY`25 budget as presented to the Advisory Board for approval.
