BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:

•	4 Belcher Street – siting of an addition

•	35 Water Street – railing on deck 

BOARD REVIEW:

•	64 Spring Street – decision on release of Performance Bond

•	ANR (Approval Not Required) application for 17 Water Street & 60 Eastern Avenue –review guidance from Town Counsel regarding this application to allow Board members to determine if there are further questions for Counsel – the applicant has asked to be posted for the review of the revised ANR application on the August 16th agenda.

o	Continued discussion on articles for Fall Town Meeting

The next regular meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board will be held at 7pm on August 16, 2023 at the Essex Town Hall 2ND Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA.

A Public Forum with the MAPC (Metropolitan Area Planning Council), Planning Board and the Board of Selectmen is planned for 7 PM August 23, 2023 at the Essex Town Hall Auditorium, 3rd floor, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA, to review potential articles for Fall Town Meeting.  (Regular Planning Board business will not be scheduled for this meeting.)
