TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –April 20, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM

BOARD DISCUSSION:
•	7:30 PM    MAPC 
Discussion on the draft of the Essex Zoning Report as presented by MAPC.  (email 4/12/22)
•	On April 27 @ 7:00PM the board will hold a public hearing on Warrant Article 14 for the May 2, 2022 Town Meeting, to extend the “Temporary Moratorium on Business and Industrial Conversions”.
•	ZBA - April 14 meeting. Public hearing on 6 Main Street.  
•	ZBA - March 24 meeting. Height dimensions for Southern Conomo Point district
•	In person vs remote meeting
