Review, edit minutes from December 14, 2015, motion by
Ratify Library payroll FY16 warrant dated, December 17 and January 4. Motion by
Ratify Library Expense FY16 warrant dated, December 30. Motion by
Ratify Library Book FY16 warrant dated, December 30. Motion by
Estimate from John Gates is $8850 and $400 to fix gasket on other furnace. Advanced Energy $6400. Fran White gave an estimate of $6300. Discussion and motion.
Update on ramp door and conversion. Update and review items to fix in building for FY17. The Pulpit window should be looked at, Arthur is getting estimates to repair.
With the 2 large tables put together we have a need to purchase 7 armless chairs from Spencer Furniture ($68 each) Rotman’s, Wayfair and Bob’s ranged from $70-$78. & chairs will be $476.
FY17 Budget due Jan. 12 to Chairman J. Dave Holdcraft. A meeting with the Advisory Board is scheduled for Thursday, January 14 at 8:00 p.m.
We had 150 gallons of oil delivered, at $3.97 a gallon. This should last us about one month, Fran said he could install the new system beginning of February 2016.
No response from Jerry regarding letter sent.
