Call meeting to order 6:31 p.m.

Quorum needed 4 Trustees.
(December’s meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum).
Review, edit minutes from, Monday, November 21, 2016, motion by, 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library payroll FY17 warrant dated November 17 and December 1, December 15 and December 29, 2016. Motion by, 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Expense FY17 warrant dated, November 22 and December 2, December 19, 2016 and January 3, 2017. Motion by, 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Book FY17 warrant dated November 17 and December 2, December 19, 2016 and January 3, 2017. Motion by 2nd , all in favor.
The ramp door now opens outward (from the inside) and the rest of the project will be completed in the Spring by Glen. Arthur has attached weather stripping to the exterior of the door.
We are close to resolving the Creekside Digital billing. APPLE SEED meets tonight to vote.
Christmas Dinner: EB Flatts, Wednesday, December 21st, arrive 5:30-6:00 p.m.
Stuffed Chicken with slices of Roast Pork OR a crab stuffed sole with light lemon sauce...mixed fall veg, mashed, beverage, dessert, $16.00. Scott needs numbers 2 days before. We are putting the list together on Friday, Dec. 16!
The Massachusetts Preservation Projects fund application (Round 23) is due March 24, 2017. The Important Dates — Round 23:
Application deadline: March 24, 2017
Award selection: June 14, 2017
Mandatory Awardees LPC Workshop: July 12, 2017
Project end date: June 30, 2018
The workshop is January 19, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Millbury Public Library. Brenda will attend with architect.
