The proposed work consists of the construction of a single-family home and utilities, which will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands and riverfront area.

The proposed work consists of the razing of an existing dwelling, construction of a new single-family home, septic system and two retaining walls. Work will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
